VEH Properties was founded in 2006 as a means to help one local retailer grow his business. Today the company has formed a strong network of nationally based retailers and restaurants actively expanding and moving forward in the market place. Our passion is to develop with a heart to see local communities thrive. Partnering with these nationally base retailers & restaurants while incorporating independent business to help build stronger community.

VEH Properties members have almost 30 years of commercial banking experience and 15 years of construction and general contracting. Other strengths include leasing, site planning and developmental, Governmental relations and managing / holding of our centers.
